When getting in touch with me via contact form on this website or via E-Mail, I use your data to process your request and potential follow-up questions and will store your data for 6 months. I will not pass your data on to a third party without your prior consent.

My website uses Google Analytics, which in turn uses cookies to analyse the usage of the website. The retrieved informations are transferred to the servers of Google Analytics and are stored there. You can prevent this, by configuring your browser so that it will not store cookies on your device.I entered into an contract with Google Analytics concerning this commissioned data processing. IP addresses are tracked, but immediately anonymised. Therefore, the localisation of users can only be roughly approximated.Data processing follows the rules of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interests) of the GDPR. My legitimate interest is the improvement of my services and my web presence.User data is stored for 14 months.

Your rights

You have the rights of information, access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, the right to object as well as rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling. If you believe that the ensued processing of your data violates data privacy regulations you can file a complaint with the concerned regulators. In Austria that is the Datenschutzbehörde.
